As per the size chart provided on our site, there may be a slight difference of upto few millimeters in measurements of the sizes. The measurements given on the site are only meant to serve as a guide for choosing the correct size of the product.

Product Care

Product preservation:

  • Please avoid contact with moisture of the product.
  • Be sure not to spray perfumes or apply lotions after putting on the product. 
  • Remove the product before exercise and going to bed.
  • We recommend keeping the product as dry as possible as this will help prolong its longevity, and retain its quality.


How to clean a Onushshar product:

  • Gently use a dry clean cloth to wipe off any residue.
  • The use of a dry toothbrush is also useful in removing dirt off the product.


How to store a Onushshar product:

  • The product should be stored away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
  • Each propduct can be stored in the air tight, waterproof zip lock bag that comes with your order.
  • Please note that proper storage can retain the condition of the product, and tarnishing can be delayed, but will still occur over time.


Important note: All products will eventually tarnish over time. The speed at which the quality of the product becomes dull will depend on multiple factors, including (and not limited to) the chemical level of your skincare products, level of perspiration, and even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you pay special attention to the care of a Onushshar product.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed, packed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not dispatched for shipping on Sundays or national holidays.

​​In case of COD orders, we will send you a verification message to your WhatsApp or we shall call you to confirm your order and your address, before we dispatch your order from our end for shipping. Please provide us with a valid phone number while purchasing with COD payment method. Please note that COD orders may take longer to process and dispatch compared to prepaid orders as we need some time to confirm your order and address.

​​We quality control our processing and packaging system for timely dispatch of your order. However, dispatch of your order may be delayed occasionally due to high volume of orders/technical issues.​ In case of a significant delay in dispatch of your order, please write to us at


Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee of ₹49/- is applicable on Prepaid orders under ₹999/- in India.

​Free Shipping is applicable on all Prepaid orders above ₹999/- across India.

​Cash On Delivery of orders is available for all Indian pincodes, for orders of any value.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of ₹99/- for all COD orders.

Please note that any shipping fee charged, is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The shipping fee will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive a order pick up confirmation notification on email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order has been processed, packed and dispatched from our end and picked up by our courier partner. It will contain your shipment tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within the next 24 hours.

Shipment On The Way: Once the package is shipped by our courier partner within 24 hours of its pick up, you will receive email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications about the transit details of your shipment. You will be able to check the estimated delivery date of your package as well by clicking on the tracking link provided to you.

Courier Partners: We ship our orders with multiple courier partners, namely, XpressBees, Ekart Logistics, ShadowFax, Delhivery, Ecom Express & Amazon Shipping, depending on the availability of their service to the customer's pincode. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you on the product page and cart page of our website for your reference. This estimated delivery time is supposed to be used as a guide only and is a subject to change. The estimated delivery time commences from the date of shipping, not from the date of placing the order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-10 business days from the date of placing your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation of an order can be done within 24 hours of placing the order.​

You can write to us at for cancelling an order along with your order details and reasons for the cancellation.

​All orders are generally dispatched with 2 business days after the order is placed and you are notified about the dispatch via email/SMS. Once an order is dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, we will be refunding the full order amount to your original method of payment. We will initiate the refund within 2 business days after the cancellation. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's/bank's policies.


We only accept returns or exchanges for products that were defected or damaged when you received them, or when you had received the wrong product.

​Please note that we strive to provide you with best quality products without any defects or damages from our end, which are always well packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

​For returns or exchanges, please email us at regarding the problem with the product(s) within 2 days of delivery, with all your order details and evidence(s) in the form of an unboxing video, without any cuts or edits in case of any issues with the order/product(s).

​To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be new in condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages caused by you. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging along with all tags and labels, and the receipt (electronic/paper) or proof of purchase.

​​We will inspect your videographic evidence(s) at the earliest and notify you whether your return or exchange is approved or rejected. However, the sole discretion of return or exchange lies with our brand.

​If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup service from our end within 2 days of the approval. Please note we will be bearing the cost of this reverse pickup service.

​Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item(s).

​​In case of exchanges, we will ship a fresh stock of the same product(s) at our cost within the next 2 days, after we’ve received the product(s) from you. If that particular product(s) happen(s) to be out of stock, then we will be issuing a refund for the same amount as the product(s) after calculating any discounts (if applicable).

​In case of returns, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

​If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's/bank's policies. In case of refunds for COD orders, we will send you the amount to your bank account through Bank Transfer/UPI.
